Our Story
We’re Matt and Erin; partners in life, food, and the dream that became Yousi.
Yousi was born around the table. The noisy holiday spreads, the weeknight dinners, the meals where stories stretched longer than the plates lasted.
Between Matt’s Lebanese-Chinese heritage and our shared love of feeding people, we’ve always known that food is never just food... it’s memory, culture, connection.
Yousi is our way of honouring that.
