Terms of Service

Welcome to Yousi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the conditions under which Yousi Pty Ltd (ABN 69 688 904 752) provides our products and services to you via www.yousi.com.au (the “Site”), including all related tools, content, and functionality (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting or shopping with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other linked policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Access & Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory, or have the permission of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and any activity under your account.

2. Our Products

We aim to represent our products honestly and accurately. However, colours and textures may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display settings.

Yousi tablecloths are created in small batches. Availability, sizing, and design details may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit any product at our discretion.

Each piece is considered functional art, designed for daily use, but best preserved with care.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance. When you place an order, you’re offering to buy a product from us. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at any time (e.g., due to stock levels, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

Once accepted, orders are typically shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking link by email.

Please review your details carefully — once shipped, we may not be able to amend your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

We use secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). You confirm that any payment method used belongs to you, and that you authorise the transaction.

Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia via Australia Post. Standard and Express options are available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro: 2–6 business days (Standard), 1–2 business days (Express)

  • Regional: May take longer depending on location

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends.

Once handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Yousi is not responsible for delays due to postal disruptions or third-party issues.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it, and include a photo and description.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, copy, designs, and artwork on our site — including our tablecloths — are owned by Yousi or licensed by us. This includes artist collaborations, which remain protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from our Site or products without written permission.

8. Shopify Platform & Third-Party Tools

Our store is hosted on Shopify. By shopping with us, you also agree to Shopify’s terms and privacy policies. We may use third-party tools (e.g. payment processors, tracking tools) to provide Services. Your use of these is at your discretion and governed by their terms.

9. Feedback & Reviews

We welcome your feedback, stories, and reviews. By submitting them, you give us permission to use them (with or without attribution) across our platforms and marketing, unless you ask us not to.

You agree not to submit anything unlawful, offensive, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these terms.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to process orders and improve your experience. Our full Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yousi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any product.

This includes, but isn’t limited to, delays in delivery, product appearance differences, or improper use of care instructions.

Some consumer rights are protected under Australian law and nothing in these Terms excludes those rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of NSW.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
