Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our studio in Sydney, Australia using Australia Post.

Domestic (within Australia) Standard & Express Shipping

• Standard Shipping: is included in purchase price, and shipped via Australia Post.
  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days
  • Regional areas: Allow a little extra time depending on location

• Express Shipping: Available at checkout at an additional cost, shipped via Australia Post Express.
  
  • Metro ares: 1-3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2-5 business days depending on location

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Dispatch Time

All orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

International Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International Standard and Express services.

International Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

International Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.

Please note international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
