Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Yousi piece. However, if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

The item is unused and unwashed

It’s in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are at your expense, and we recommend using a tracked service; we can’t refund items lost in transit.
To start a return, please email hello@yousi.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We quality check everything before it leaves us, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
Send us a photo and a brief description at hello@yousi.com.au, and we’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
