This capsule is a celebration of the season we wait for all year.

The long lunches. The salt on your skin. The smell of sunscreen and something sizzling. The buzz of cicadas in the background while someone passes you a plate.

It’s summer, the way we know it, loud, lazy, and full of flavour.

We created this first Yousi capsule to honour the tables we grew up around, the ones we host now, and the memories that cling to a cloth long after the food is gone.
