These Terms & Conditions govern the Yousi Mother’s Day Giveaway.

Promoter

This promotion is run by Yousi Pty Ltd (ABN 69 688 904 752) (“Yousi”, “we”, “us”).

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 15 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm 8 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

To enter, place an order via www.yousi.com.au during the Promotion Period.

Each order placed during the Promotion Period counts as one (1) entry into the draw.

Prize Details

There are three (3) prizes to be won. Each winner will receive one (1) of the following:

• 20cm Le Creuset Signature Round Casserole (Sea Salt)

• Aarke Carbonator 3 (Sand)

• Dinosaur Designs Flow Salad Bowl (Cappuccino)

Total prize pool value is approximately AUD $1,000–$1,200.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Draw & Winner Selection

The draw will take place at 9 May 2026 at 11am AEST.

Winners will be selected at random.

There will be three (3) winners drawn.

Winner Notification

Winners will be announced on Instagram and notified via email on the day of the draw.

If a winner does not confirm receipt of notification within 7 days, a redraw will occur. 

Delivery of Prize

Prizes will be shipped to winners at no cost within Australia.

Yousi is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from third-party shipping providers.

General Conditions

Yousi reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

Yousi reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yousi is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prizes.

Privacy

By entering, entrants consent to Yousi collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering this promotion.
